New UI update with custom notifications (instead of system ones) is horrible. Easy to miss. The overall UI is also bad. It lags so bad. And at some point, the app used OpenStreetMap instead of Google Maps. Curious design desicion for a public teleportation app service that need to rely on precision public map information. As long as the app is lagging this much, I do not recommend to continue to use this app.

App is so buggy after the update. Opening the app from pop-up notification causes the app to take way too much RAM and lag a lot. It takes minutes to send a single chat to a driver. Also, I don’t want my chats to be automatically translated just because my app is in English. Besides, the translation often couldn’t be more wrong. Please kindly fix these. Nonetheless, I think many users are happy with the promo and ease of voucher access.

Honestly my preferred go-to ride hailing/food delivery service, great discounts all around, great experience with drivers on all accounts, and it makes life that much easier with Grab having its presence on almost all of Southeast Asia. But the chat has been awfully slow lately, it was working great just before the update but now its just substandard at best. Nothing wrong with the UI, just the speed of receiving and sending messages that’s an issue.

Rating doesn’t matter it is the only option in Thailand. That said picking your location is a problem if the business does not exist on their map. Often the cab driver is a block or so away. Normally at a location that is on the map versus where the pin was dropped. Before you could easily add a location, but no longer.

Map of grab food is not accurate, It pinned wrong point, but the address is correct. I’ve already tried multiple times to point the exact point of my house, and save it. But when I reopen the map, and try to zoom in. It show different point from the last time i saved it. It is really annoying cause it make a miss understanding between me and the drivers. And i should give direct direction everytime I made a food order

Why was in the last few weeks, grab always ask me to update our saved addresses, which is no change for the addresses at all. It’s very annoying when we need to make an order, especially when we make an order for people at home, but when we’re not at home. And i’m very difficult to find my address, when i choose point from the map, the address that show up are incorrect. Please fix this, i think the apps developers that should di the update, not us as a customer. Looking forward for the respons.

From the new update, the app doesn’t allow us to pin the exact location. It automatically changes the pin to some location close by, this is making all the riders lost. Please revert back to the old way of pinning location
