I was very pleased with the service I received with my recent order. The ordering process was very easy along with the total price of the product being cheaper than anywhere else. I did love the app, have used it before but, there was a glitch. I made a purchase and had NO way of getting help. App told me “I am not authorized” and I was still logged in and made the purchase. Could not get any shipping information nothing but, the payment was accepted. They definitely authorized that. My only option was to get advice from the seller through messaging bcuz the app had no option to get help just help pages that did nothing.
Please go back to your original interface. Ever since they changed it, it seems as if it’s harder to find shoes. I’ve purchased a lot of shoes using the app in the past, now it’s harder to search for used shoes. It’s as if they trying to be like StockX.
App is a pain to use. Keeps asking me for category when I post but no obvious or intuitive way to do it. Eventually figured out it will do it if I add the brand. But then freezes my phone while uploading. When done it turns out they flipped all my pictures sideways for me
Tried to verify my paypal so i can start selling and it won’t let me do it. Authorization screen won’t pop up. Sent an email and no reply
The app is amazing when the photos and content loads. As of late there has been no content being displayed. fix your app.
I only made one purchase so far, and the tennis I got were a hard find and when I fiund them on other sites they were ridiculous prices. I got them at a very very reasonable price and the shipping was respectable!
ATTENTION!: to those flustered with the app and the adding payment- I had the same frustration, then I went back to the site online and it easily and quickly let me add the PayPal, and went back to this app and it was good to go..I got Paris Saint-Germain Zoom 92 Bordeaux size 14 on the line!
I was pleased to find some excellent trainers reasonably priced . An easy to use site . delivery could have been quicker.
Pretty good app to sell Sneakers. I like that it automatically syncs my Ebay listings onto kixify. I don’t really make so many sales here, I would say for every 80-90 Ebay sales I make 1 kixify sale.
Got some killer ’92 deadstock Reebok Pumps from here, no complaints at all whatsoever. Quite the opposite, actually. My brother has been shopping on Kixify for years now, and it has recently become my go to spot for all my shoe needs, real talk.
Received new and authentic shoes as described, box was a bit damaged (8/10 box condition) as described but excellent so far!
