I’ve been using this app for about 6 months, and it’s definitely helped me lose weight and make better food choices. However, I am giving it only 3 stars instead of 5 for one single reason. The absolutely annoying and awful popup ad asking me to buy premium, every day, multiple times a day. Sometimes it’s even delayed, causing me to accidentally tap it. This app has been a big part of improving my diet and health; it’s such a shame it has become marred in my mind by this aggresive ad tactic.

I am liking this so far. It’s pleasant to look at and user friendly. I like that there are verified foods so you know that the accuracy of the information has been checked. I do wish there was a way to enable a carb cycling or macronutrient cycling feature where you could set two different macro targets, label them, and at the beginning of the day choose which one you are targeting to hit. No calorie counting app I’ve tried so far does this, to my knowledge. It would definitely help with trending
