SIMPLE RULES – MATCH TILES TO WIN
Mahjong Solitaire is a very simple and straightforward game. The goal is to clear all the tiles from the board by matching them in pairs. The tiles can only be paired if they have at least one side free and no other tiles on top of them. The drawings and symbols on the tiles must be the same in order for them to match. There are two exceptions, however. The Flowers and Seasons tiles do not need to match in drawings, only in suit.

Adds EVERYWHERE! When moving to the next level, you will ALWAYS have an add pop up. They aren’t very long, 5-10 each, but they all have sound and without fail you’ll have an add. I understand this is how people/developers generate revenue, but dang are there alot of them. Other than the annoying adds, good game to get in to with plenty of levels and tile designs.

I want to update my review. Still the best outta 6-8 games I tried, but I was wrong about one thing: the ads. They are there between lvls, but are really short. It is during the daily and monthly challenges that ads aren’t between each lvl. There’s no way to transfer between devices, like facebook save or something. Minus a star for that alone. I didn’t want to start all the way over on my tablet!

The biggest issue for me is that the touch sensitivity is weird. You have to press down kind of firmly in the center of the tile, because if you don’t it won’t select it. That makes going fast very tedious. It’s probably better on a tablet or a larger screen. But on a phone it’s really not great. There’s other games out there without weird touch sensitivity issues, that really allow you to just get into a flow and go, as opposed to starting and stopping all the time. It’s okay besides that.

This is a fun, more relaxing version of Mahjong with tons of puzzles, lovely unlockable tiles and backgrounds. My biggest complaint at this time is that I made a purchase and am yet to receive the in-game items. I sent an email with screenshots but haven’t got a reply or a resolution to the problem. I should note, this is not common place. My previous purchases went through just fine. So, to anyone reading, this is a one time fluke.
