The app was great before, but now that they took out the deals and you have to use a lot of points just to get one small cola or a mcchicken it’s pretty pointless. I used to order really often thanks to the deals, now I just eat from other places within the same price range since I kinda got bored of eating from them all the time and started craving different things. I guess it was just the good deals that made keep going back.
The app is great however I have some recommendations. What about giving the option to make an order in the app, then scan the barcode to transfer the information to the order counter. I understand that this will probably work only with the self service counters where you can order on the screen. But imagine how much time people will save in the line. I will make a preset or something like that. So we could have our “usual”. Like preference list. Several. Like if I’m alone or if I’m with my famil
They used to have everything below for the past couple of years the deals are bad or barely worth it and the occasional in app games either is bad or doesn’t give you the rewards, just errors. *Old review fot reference: “They offer awesome deals that actually saves you money, it’s easy to use and they have fun updates every season. Currently the breakfast deals with 90c coffee has become a regular.”
Started using the app yesterday. The interface is okay. But processing time to proceed with order that has been made was too long. I had to go back a page and proceed again after that. For several time. Just then it got in. Then for payment. I think u can add another option for customer to pay at counter or by online banking
App is fine. However, when I order thru the app i have no idea when my meal has been made. This has caused me to come to the counter and have employees telling me that it was made a long time ago and were waiting for pick up but threw it away since it wasnt picked up. Which also leads me to waiting for my order again which kind of wastes my time. Other than that the app is fine for the most part
Seems like a decent app, if a little cluttered. However I’ve never been able to pay, it just tells me to wait, forever, and then throws an error if I minimize and restore the screen. Frustrating
I tried to register for an account and get stuck in a loop of clicking on the activation link in the email, then login, then getting asked to fill a re-activation form, and then back to receiving an activation link again. Then I try to reset the password, only to be asked to submit my new password, twice, only to be redirected to an error message page. There seems to be no way to activate my account, or even reset my password. Seems like both the web & mobile applications were equally broken…
Beautiful App with lot of bugs! Never goes back to home screen after ordering. Adding and address is buggy, despite telling your sector you still have to add that detail in the adress as well. Order tracking doesn’t work. Share options doesn’t work. Google pay opens web playstore despite the app is installed. This a completely haywire app.
First time to use this app and it works well. I was able order the foods at a lower price. I was so amazed by the deals they gave to the customers. I paid my bill lesser than i expected and i was really overwhelmed. This app is a big help for the customers to get good deals with a cheaper price. I highly recommend this app for i was able to experience it. Hassle free.. just give your code for the claimed deal and thats it, you will pay lesser than the regular price. Good job Mc Donalds..love it!
What a missed opportunity! As a customer, I want to build my order in the comfort of my home then simply pass my unique order code to the drive through person (read it out or hold up phone for scanning) so I don’t have to relay the entire order through a speaker and be constantly asked if I’d like anything else. It would speed up drive through and reduce errors. Start making it once the order number is presented. Even allow payment via the app… So much opportunity!
