The app has a small learning curve, but nothing that you shouldn’t be able to figure out. Customer service has always gotten back to me, and helped me understand what I needed to know about any question I had(which was a lot). A bit slow some times, but not bad. Overall, it is a great place to purchase crypto, and the earn feature gives good rates on some stable coin!
DO NOT INSTALL. WASTE OF TIME. It has been pending to confirm my bank to I can transfer in money for two WEEKS. ZERO response from support and my credit card and debit card both get “declined by issuer” when I try to enter them. Neither of my cards are declined, and I called my bank to confirm. They lure you in with “no fees for the first month” but they don’t even let you trade for the first month, LOL. Going to look for another exchange.

Great app so far, but haven’t had to speak to customer support yet so I don’t know how good that would be if it happens. One problem, the percentage change at the top of the screen on the home page needs to be changed to total gains/losses not 24h change, that’s a useless statistic. Show me how much I’ve gained or lost in total.
