Great to finally have a official Newsb app for android, there are some issues however, for example all my feeds appear multiple times. There is no way to access saved stories. When these issues are fixed, this will be a five star app!
Android app is still maturing, but the core NewsB experience is by far the best way to read feeds. Dev is responsive to the community!
Great job, Sam and Ryan! I love Newsb, and am excited to have social RSS back in my life. The Android app is missing “Mark as unread” and “Saved stories” — the later of which is a huge part of my Newsb workflow, and the only reason I didn’t give this five stars.
I would suggest the following improvements: Ability to change font size. Mouseover text support so we can read xkcd and other comics with mouseover text.
This is so beautiful. I have been waiting for this for a while, but I do have to echo Ryan – without Mark as Unread, it’s not really something I can use right now. I often go through feeds on my phone/tablet to clear things out and mark the things I want to read later as unread. Love the swipe to go to next article, though. That has been sorely missing from Blar, the formerly sole Android app for NB.
