Notion user reviews :

This is productivity gamification! Setting up Notion is incredibly playful and fun, but when it comes to GTD it means business. The flexibility is unmatched compared to its competitors. It really does replace the tools so many of use are used to, and it does so with simplistic but meaningful templates that can get you up and running in minutes. You can create the workspace you want the way you want, and you don’t have to compromise. Honestly, it feels like productivity 2.0 has landed! Well it has, and the internet is loving it! Goodbye Evernote, goodbye Trello, goodbye ToDoist and goodbye contextual procrastination!

This app is the King of all note taking, organizing, database, prices, clean and ease apps. It is truly, love at first sight. There is so much flexibility, clean interface, and space to be as creative as you want. It replaces dozens of apps and surpasses them in terms of functionality. Need a to-do list? Done. Need a database? Done. Need kanban board? Done. Calendar? Done. Import, export, sharing. Done. You have to try it for yourself to see how much control you really have over how you can organize your thoughts, things, and even feelings(journaling). I could go on and on

Notion instantly replaced half a dozen of the tools I’ve been using for years. Easily my most used app, across both personal and work. There’s not much more I can add to what others have said about the service, but I was one of the early beta testers of the Android app. While a few of the reviews mention that it’s not native, it improved so much during the beta period and is so smooth now that if I didn’t know its beginnings I probably wouldn’t even notice. Superbly executed. Performance could still be improved a little, but its early days yet.

Notion is not only the best organizing, note taking, GTD, bookmaking, editing, documentation, review… you name it tool I recently used but it completely changed the way I work daily. I feel more productive by keeping things all together. Go go gadget!
