We allow anyone to report non-emergency issues using the android platform to our servers which integrate with 100+ governments and provides an Open311 compliant endpoint. This allows anyone access to the open data.

No matter what I do it won’t open…starts to then crashes..doesn’t even allow for an error report. Was so helpful at first. Now just a waste of space.
Thanks to this app. From pot holes to street lights and even trees cut back. Some issues have taken longer to fix, but don’t believe its at fault of the app
I like the app, but it needs a lot more work when it comes to crashing. It’s easy to use, but frustrating when you try to report the same issue 4+ times to make the report go through.
I really like this app but it would be nice to see the addresses on the map, not just a locator. this would help out a lot.
What better way to be a activist in keeping blight off of you neighborhood streets. A must have appt!
