Simple Workout Log user reviews :

Pretty good app. 2 enhancements would make it awesome. 1. Autosave feature to navigate between exercises in a routine. During rests for one exercise, I’ll do a set for another. 2. Recall last reps and weight when opening an exercise. Right now I have to navigate to history then back, then enter in reps and weight. 12/12 – responding to support work around. That’s not a real solution. Copying and pasting from history is not intuitive and adds clicks.

  • Elliott, If you are using routine you can create a supersets. This will allow you add reps to multiple exercise at the same time. Also when on the history tab you can long press an exercise. This will give you a copy option. Thanks, SelahSoft Support

Just what I need! It would be nice to have other info available at first sight than miles. I measure pool laps and I like to see how I progress in an overview, but it only shows me miles, so I tell it I swam 20 miles instead of 20 laps… Having moved on to strength training, I love it even more! I second the suggestion for isometrics, or maybe user-defined types of exercises

Great app It’s pretty straight forward and easy to use. Logs your workouts and let’s you create your routine. What more do you need? I do wish however it would let you create a template with the rep range you wish to reach within a set. Instead I have to save it in the notes, which carries to other routines when I use the same exercise.
