SimpleMind user reviews :

Definitely one of the best apps I’ve found for what I use it for. I’ve been using it for a few days now, and it’s so easy to use! I do have a few personal suggestions I’d like to see incorporated into the mind maps, like bigger buttons when accessing topics and perhaps an option for a drop-down menu/preview to better see the notes put on each topic (if these are already features than I missed it). Otherwise, I love it and hope to upgrade someday!! Great work!

Super convenient and easy to use! And everything just connects and looks clean so very visually appealing and easy to read as well. When I first opened it I thought it was a bit confusing to add new bubbles but when I actually looked at the example mind map everything was shown very clearly

I’ve tried ALL the mind maps from the store [Mindomo, Xmind, mindmeister, Mind+, Nice mind, etc., etc.] and this one is my favourite, though it heavily lacks basic stuff for a 12 years old app. I want: New nodes keep parents style [mind+ has it]; Duplicate/cut/copy-paste style any node [x mind has it]; Better ui option: ui has tiny icons! And much more. If dev interested I can send email. I bought the pro version, and I’m willing to buy a supporter edition [if implemented] to see the app grow

It’s near perfect Easy to use. We can add images and the design is great But they are one thing that almost make the rest worst The app don’t have the option to create an account. So if you want to create a mind map on your pc, you can’t have it in your smartphone And you don’t have an account So no backup too And that’s very frustrating because it’s like working on mind maps for nothing But beside that, the app is great

Such an amazing app, Simple overlay and easily navigated and it just feels fun and relaxing , only drawback … u can’t insert images …i would love to be able to do that and export my files like a word document or soemthing or a pdf or like ppt project, anything that could export it but still keep it like readable and coherant, (edit) they had the image feature, but probably a paid feature which is a shame

Almost perfect mind mapping on Android (I mean the pro version). However, three disadvantages that prevent me from getting the pro version: 1) unable to convert PDF bookmarks into mindmap (a feature available on iOS four years ago); 2) the resize handle and auto-wrap don’t work with non-space languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic, and unfortunately, the dev team doesn’t think this is a bug; 3) no more advanced printing set-up and some text can’t be selected in exported PDF.

I can’t believe I did not install this app and the desktop version earlier. Strongly recommend the developer make it eaiser for prospective users to see that it is, indeed, possible and quite easy to construct concept maps in this app (i.e. (directed) graphs rather than trees). Put a screenshot on the website or something. I only have one request. Please, please, make the android text search experience a little more like desktops, ie with **filtered dropdown search results** (live-updated)! Please do consider doing so. It will make navigation so much easier!!

I’ve always liked the idea of a Mind Map, but never really used one. I downloaded this one to try and I immediately fell in love! The app has a premade Map that goes over the interface buttons. The App’s interface is very satisfying, as it is double tap to edit text bubble, and a single tap of a button to add a child topic or sibling topic. There was a tips area I found within the app that was helpful: “Short titles for easy associations” was the tip I liked most. App works well without upgrade.

I really enjoy this app and the concept of mind mapping. It’s really helped me visualize, clarify, and organize my thoughts and ideas. This app makes it really easy and convenient to put together some really well organized and detailed mind maps. I love that I can add notes to each element and whenever I see that something belongs elsewhere on the map, I can just drag it over.

Love this app. Intuitive and just what you need without too many distracting, pretty bells and whistles. Particularly like the cross platform nature of it. I use it on ipad and Windows desktop. Please keep this bridge open and functional. It would be awesome if in the ipad vers you could view main mind map, outline and notes all at once (currently limited to mind map and either notes or outline on the side). Thanks for making it. Love it.
