The UI is simple and filled with deep customization. I personally like it because the design isn’t flashy, but after the recent update the music player in the notifications bar is a bright baby blue which I absolutely dislike. I preferred it when it matched the color of my notification bar. That’s really my only complaint, other than that it’s a great music player. The baby blue just looks terrible
No complaints here about the app’s actual performance – it’s pretty user-friendly, looks good, has some user options, and most importantly played all the files (mp3 & flac) I threw at it just fine without any crashes. I had some issues though: (1) Using random pictures from a user’s gallery as cover art when there is none? Not cool by me. (2) In the Player and Tag Editor – After adding, moving or deleting files, I had to wipe data to see these changes even after completing a manual scan from the settings
Ads are minimal, luv Tag Editor, Lyrics search, and Album cover search, all while listening to your music library.., bravo!
