WHAT IS THE KETO DIET?

The keto diet (also known as a ketogenic diet, low carb diet and LCHF diet) is a low carbohydrate, high-fat diet. Maintaining a low carb diet is great for weight loss. I love this app! I use it daily. It has made keeping track of my macros and calories so easy! I’ve tried a lot of different trackers, and this one definitely has the best user interface I’ve seen. None of the others come close. You can scan barcodes to add products, and I was surprised by how many it knows. You can even save your own recipes and enter servings from them in the food tracker. Plus it has helpful news and keto recipes that you can even share with others.

Starting Keto. I really like the tracker with the bar code option. The app is very easy to use and intuitve. Lost a star because sometimes food requires verification but there is not a way to report foods that are not accurate. The positive is that it is extremely easy to input your own foods and customize macros that way. This is perfect for all the weird internet recipes I am trying. It loses another star because it frequently takes a long time to load the tracker or gets stuck loading.
