Really enjoy the app and the features it offers. Price is not outrageous like some other similar apps. I like the mood charts the best as I can easily see what I was doing when I felt certain ways. this allows me to set boundaries around things that are not making me happy and create more fun in areas that are rewarding for me. Thank you for creating such a great app!

the app is alright but. so many things are for premium, it makes me stressed out. example: I want to try a breaching exercise for sleep because I can’t sleep, but ofc it’s premium, then I can’t sleep. I understand you need to get money but it’s so annoying. :(

You should definitely try it! It doesn’t take much of your time and you can do many things for free! The app will make a plan for you according to your needs. It also has mini tasks, like take a ten minute walk, tidy a self or a dryer, and so much more! I downloaded it a few days ago and it already makes me feel better and relieved

First of all, great app! Would be nicer if some tools can be available offline, in order to save data. Moreover, it would be better also if there were some downloadable audio guided meditations, like in other apps. But still a 5/5 star app, truly worth the cost!
