there’s a problem with the solo challenge. the computer gets stuck on “thinking” and you have to exit the game and reenter it to see what the computer has played. also, I’m finding more and more with the solo challenge game that I get terrible letters while the computer gets good ones. sometimes I swap but I get the same letters back.
i have LOVED this game from the very start! have been playing it for years! Will probably keep playing it forever. However, i had to reinstall it on my phone and i lost all of my history and rewards/awards. I am NOT HAPPY about this at all. i can’t find a way to get it back, and the lack of availability for a customer contact line is very frustrating.
Finally! I have the landscape version back, well most of the time. Occasionally, the portrait version still pops up which caused all my previous problems. The game still freezes up periodically and takes a long time to process your play but I am much more pleased- I actually stopped playing for a while because I hated the portrait version so much. My chat still does not work, but I can sacrifice that feature as long as the landscape version is working. Though I still have a few a few issues, I am back to loving (small letters) the game.
Thanks so much for the update Zynga! I can now play using my Facebook account on my Motorola Xoom…those of you who are complaining needs to check y’all device because nothing is wrong with the app…it is perfectly fine now! Before I couldn’t play on my tablet using my Facebook account, I tried everything. I am soooo thankful
