i LOVE the app. but there’s this one SUPER frustrating bug that i’ve been experiencing. there’s this item where you can choose either the skirt or the top, but when i click on the top and select a size, all it does is freezes the page and buffers nonstop. please fix this as soon as possible!
Changes I wish to happen: 1. Search results can be more broad instead of being super specific. Having TWO common words is not enough. The app requires at least three words typed in a specific order if you want something to show up. 2. It’s really frustrating how the sizes and colors are put together. It always takes more effort to find something. Why can’t they just separate “color” and “size”? 3. Wish the app gives out a notification when a package has been shipped or delivered.
I think it’s a very cute and reliable app, but I do have problems with the sizing of clothes and shoes.. The layout is very weird. Trying to find the right color AND size at the same time in a huge list is hard and just unpleasant. Secondly,, I wear bigger sizes. Having S-L or even just ONE size is NOT enough and that’s what the case is for a LOT of items. I’m a size 47 and the popular shoes go to a 40 at best. I refined my search to fit my size and the results shrunk by 50%. Please do better!
It’s a great app/store with competitive prices and a variety of products from Korea, Japan, the US and more. I took a star of because shipping is extremely slow and for influencers in their program,we can a free product monthly but still have to pay $6 for shipping which really doesn’t seem fair. You’re almost forced to buy something to justify shipping.
the app tends to be a little bit glitchy sometimes and doesn’t always work perfectly (ie giving me a runaround with changing my password) but I’ve never had an issue receiving my orders and been using this app for years. there’s always great sales!
