Zolando Lounge has been a very handy tool for a while. I make the very best purchases with the best discount from the comfort of my house. How awesome is that? Would definitely recommend it everyone.
Why do you only get selection of banks you can pay through? Why did you change that? It was possible to pay over Airbank in Czech, it’s not anymore. They have the same two phase secured online banking like the other ones. This is really a bummer!!!
This app has been great, through the option it gives you and more. The only downside is that its nonpossible to sewrch for specific things that you want…but for now it is, what it is.
I really like zalando lounge. I would only prefer if the return labels are sent in the shipment as they are for zalando!
Have always had a good experience using this app. Items are sent out promptly and on the couple of occasions that I’ve had to send something back this has happened without any issues.
It’s really annoying that I can’t change the language! Currently I’m living in Germany but I don’t know German :| So for everything in app I have to use translator

There is no English version for non-english countries.
Very good service. The discounts are real and products good, long delivery times. To the app: descriptions could be improved (be more precise), the filter function does not always let you chose gender, which makes no sense to me. Category filter is sometimes too narrow. Include filter that let’s you find products eg “dress” across all current sales rather than one by one.
Great deals on brands products and fast delivery. Very happy with it.
Always correct, I never have difficulties using this aap and I am because its save my time. Respond quick when you buy things or return. Very well packaged!
It’s easy to use and you can get great deals. Only 2 things I would like see differently is 1) a search engine that can help me find the item that I’m looking for instead of having to browse through 600 items to perhaps find one that I like. And 2) to see the bugs fixed. It gets stuck at times.
