I’ve been using this app for a couple of months now and it has been a great asset in my tool box for life. I’ve been staying on each guided meditation for a week at a time, really letting the messages soak in. The quotes are perfect for any time I instinctively grab my phone with no real intent. I haven’t used the journal function, as I keep a pen & paper journal, but it’s awesome to see new features and functionality being added. The developers are also very responsive to any inquiries.

This app is awesome. It combines Stocisim and mediation, my favorite two philosophies/tools for life, into one great app. The meditations are great, (I like the talks at the beginning and the guys voice), so too is the space to journal. I love the design and the layout. If I was going to request any alterations it would be that the space to journal could be enlarged, perhaps by being able to dismiss the quote that fills up the top of the screen. Thanks Stoa.

Good content. But there does not appear to be a toggle to fast forward or rewind in any of the discussions if you become interrupted and need to start over or want to pick it up again where you left off on a different day. Some of the audio is muffled. The features just need cleaned up but the information is really good.
