Couldn’t choose seats, couldn’t update passport info….seat no allocated via app is different than the seat no displaying on the website, at critical points of the processes the app doesn’t go further…an utter waste of time. Not that the website is any better…kept rejecting .my attempts to enter my FF number in the booking…an Emirates wannabe that failed !!

The app just redirects to the same view as in any browser. Text fields are scattered, just guessing what is written there. Same with the seat map which is ugly unreadable. Same as with any browser. Positiv point is the easy entry of passport details via snapshot.

Very annoying app. Does not keep log in options. Always logs out and deletes fingerprint option. Pointless pin sent via email. Isn’t linked to Etihad ticket app so you can’t easily use your miles to buy tickets

Prior to downloading the app, I noticed that there were many negative reviews. Still, ever the optimist I downloaded it and could see why many people weren’t happy: it was continuously buffering and I wasn’t getting anywhere! In the end I gave up and deleted it. Then I downloaded it again. Even though it’s a wee bit slow, it’s a lot better than my first attempt. Now have access to my booking and the loyalty programme scheme.
My connecting flight was missed because the flight from Istanbul was delayed by the airline. There was a delay in boarding and checking, which cost extra time due to mismanagement by the staff. The attitude of the staff at the Abu Dhabi airport was very arrogant and stubborn. I kindly request that you please behave politely with the passengers, as they are both clients and guests. Everything else was average.

The app is slow and malfunctions. there is a red information that says there has been operational change but I can’t confirm or get rid of it….very annoying.

This app supplies important info. It is a bit rudimentary. It does not compare well with well developed apps like American Airlines or Delta

I am not quite happy and didn’t have a very good experience with this app it’s slow and sloppy I couldn’t get all family members check-ins done some it says take coustomer care help at the airport reason unknown.
