Other apps crash, and freezes the video with no easy solution as to how to repair other than restart the whole app which is a headache especially if you’re away from the camera. Alfred camera though has not crashed on me once from the first time I opened it set it up I was ready to rock and roll in less than 60 seconds and have not had a single issue since. Motion detection work settings are breeze if you’re looking for an easy simple solution that sets up and goes within a minute this is it
Love that it’s free! I was able to use the app to keep an eye on my apartment when I had to leave for a few house so the tub could get repainted. Definite peace of mind for my anxious brain. Only thing I hv trouble with is that I can’t get the camera to wake up remotely. I’ve changed both my phone and the Webcam phone to “appear on top” within Alfred settings as well as the actual camera settings to “appear on top”. I still get the same notification to change the settings to on and it won’t wake
Really impressed so far. The set up was a little frustrating – I had to uninstall 2× because I had to set the viewer device first and the camera 2nd, then it wouldn’t link from either phone. Having some guidance beforehand would def make for an easier user experience but overall it’s amazing! Can’t wait to try premium!
