Great idea and works coupled to the wireless charging stand I use at my bedside, limiting overnight charging to 85% on my S20. NB this is an app that supports their device you purchase. I’m unsure on its impact to battery during the day though. The notification icon goes on/off/on/off continually and aside from being distracting, I wonder if it’s draining the battery. I ended up disabling notifications for the Chargie Service Channel. Otherwise a great idea I’d recommend if that is ironed out.
Best dongle and software to assure proper battery care. My previous S7 had only 45% of the original capability left after 3.5 years. I hope that I will be able to enjoy my current phone longer with the help of Chargie. Also it supports a small business entrepreneur other than bug tech giants.

- Thank you for the nice review. We’ve had a few issues with delays due to one of our suppliers and due to high demand. But this will be solved in the next production batch and hopefuly nobody has to wait a lot again to get their new Chargie A.

- In version 2.0.2.1 you can change the x axis of the chart in Hardware Limiter to Time, and observe how other devices charge then decide on their cutoff power level. You need a Chargie A.
It’s easy to set up and use, and does what it’s supposed to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to people wanting to keep their phone battery as long as possible. To Mr. Sandru: mulțumesc.
Chargie extends battery life two times, probably more. It does this when used in conjunction with low cost, compact, companion hardware. Set-up is a breeze and it’s simple to use. Just charge your phone with it. When the LED turns off, it’s done. Battery charge is limited to less than 100%. Device physics shows that limiting charge to ~80% dramatically increases battery life. Update: Chargie continues to work like a champ, not one hiccup since purchase. I recommend it. Gary Highberger MSEE
