The sound of this synt is amazing and easy to create patches. I use it mainly to try new sounds and ideas when not on the computer. As an improvement it would be nice to allow some midi recording for capturing ideas on the go, and when using a control surface for the knobs show an indication when acting on a synth parameter that is not in the view.

This is an amazing app Whether you’re musically inclined or not just fiddling around with the different sounds may help you understand the relationship of the notes keys tones sounds Just listen to your favorite music and simply drag your finger across the board until the sound feels as though it part of the same sound you’ll feel it in your head and body The vibrations will hum with the frequecyIt may take a lot of tries but if you can make sense of it “…welcome to the machine”
Brilliant synthesiser, 5 stars, Terrible store section 0 stars ! ! I managed to unlock a couple of sound packs by using points off Google rewards, no problem ! ! I then decided to buy further packs with my debit card, what an absolute disaster ! ! Because of the horizontal orientation of DRC on my smartphone, when I try to input my card details the keyboard comes up & pushes the text box off making it impossible to input my details, infuriating, tried & tried to no avail, VERY disappointed ! !
- Hi. Unfortunately we don’t manage any of the payment details ourselves. That is all provided by the Android operating system. Our implementation goes until the purchase buttonm nothing else. Thanks for your feedback and report anyway. Best regards
It’s great but flawed. Lots of preset sounds and everything you need to male your own, but it won’t save files session to session. I save a sound and it goes into the category Local, bit when i come back to the app after closing it, all my saved files are gone. Same for Favorites- when I star a favorite, it puts it in the Favorites category, but as soon as i close the app it’s gone. And, I cant find where the app installed itself on my phone to look for the files that disappeared. Help?
- Hi. I think what you problem is about. On first run of DRC, have you allowed it to access documents? If not, you need to provide access otherwise it doens’t have permissions. The easiest way to solve this is uninstalling and installing again. On the first run you will be prompted again. Please try. Best regards
I had a lot of fun with this. Very sophisticated, super realistic for an android app. Edit: app is prone to crashing a lot. Reinstalled it after almost a year to see if problem was fixed, crashed almost immediately. Although I have to admit my phone is a bit low on phone storage, lower than it was when I first installed it back then it used to run smooth without issues until it started crashing repeatedly, so I removed it. Still, not sure whats the reason. maybe you can tell.
