Get shipment cost estimates and delivery times
Search your list of shipments by tracking number, references, vendors and more

FedEx Delivery Manager is only available for residential deliveries within the U.S. You must be signed in to the FedEx app and registered for FedEx Delivery Manager to use selected features.
Shipments created on fedex.com will automatically be added to your app shipment list when you are logged in.

To maximize your experience on the FedEx Mobile app allow the following permissions: Location to find a convenient FedEx location, Camera to scan a shipping label and track a package and push notifications to receive notification on a package.

Update today did not good, still having the same issues This app used to be great, now or just takes up space on my phone. Cannot login, cannot track packages. C’mon FedEx, you can do better than this. UPS has you beaten by miles with their app, which actually functions and functions well! Please fix this app since it would actually be useful!

The app was working great up until this week. Now I can’t log in and keep getting a “login unsuccessful please try again in a few minutes” message. It’s been a week and I see this latest update didn’t fix it either. From reading some other reviews I can see I’m definitely not the only one having issues.

I’d like to give the app a 5 star review, but like others, it does not permit me to login so I can use any of the features. The only feature available to me is scanning to door tag to receive information that I already know – I missed the delivery, and it provided the hours that I can pick my package up at the location which it is being held. All other features are banned because I cannot login. I’ll try to uninstall and reinstall again. Please fix this app.

I won’t give this app a 1-star rating since I can manually enter the enormously long tracking number into the application and track it, but how ridiculous is it that this functionality is NOT in the app! Seriously, UPS and the USPS both have this feature.

This is nothing compared to the awesome ups account I have. UPS sends me a text for any package associated with my address. So I know from when it was shipped to when it was delivered. The text is very behind the actual delivery time. Please add this feature to your app.

Ups destroyed priceless items I had shipped to myself during a relocation. Since then it’s been all FedEX… and I only with I had taken advantage of all their awesome services (including this app) sooner.
