new version error on first page for htc U11

  • Hi Nachit – sorry for this issue. This issue was caused by a breaking change Google made in Android OS 8.0.0 which they have fixed in OS 8.1.0 and above. We are releasing an update today to fix this for users still on 8.0.0.

It seems good to be able to submit claims on the mobile app but I’m not sure it is. Mobile app claims cannot be viewed on the website and website claims, mail/email claims cannot be viewed here either. They should find a way to have it all more integrated.

  • All claims are present in the app in the claims history section after they have been processed regardless of where they were submitted (including claims mailed in or emailed to us). This is true for both the app and the website. However, you are right that the “submitted” claims section in the app only shows claims submitted in the app.

Very good and handy app

For a few weeks the app won’t work at all. It doesn’t let me log in, and when I try to change my password to log in it sends me a blank email with no link to reset.
