Music constantly stops playing. I can listen to 3-4 songs, then when it gets to the end of one, it stops. Says it is still playing. Music continues if I stop then start again. And how about a play all button instead of just shuffle all. And the worst part is this was supposed to be a great app, and I even paid for it. FFS, don’t make me regret switching from Samsung, who gives you a free media player, that only stops playing your media when you tell it to.
I do like this app, but I would like to be able to delete full albums all together (as it seemed to import a couple of albums twice. It’s tedious to scroll, find the album, delete a song, be taken back to the main page, scroll, find the album, delete the 2nd song…and so on. What makes it harder is that there’s very little information out there on how to use this. Considering “Pixel” is such a popular tech name, whatever information is out there, is buried.
I like this app, and I really like the simplicity (exactly what I was looking for). There is one bug I cannot overcome: Once I turned on “shuffle” I cannot turn it off. It seems impossible to have a playlist that will play sequentially. I hope the developer reads this and has some advice.
The redesign is indeed a vast improvement. Some design decisions aren’t to everyone’s taste but the improvement is there and is appreciated. UPDATE: Much needed feature on 5.4. When you put the app in the background and reopen it, it retains the view you were in. Can’t recommend this app enough now. It was my only missing feature. Now it’s just perfect!! Thank you!

Bbm shows now playing for other musical apps but not for pixel. Add this feature and i will give 5 stars. Am just giving four stars for now
Beautiful UI and very lightweight Just hope that you will add option for notification priority. It always went down and became small when another notification came. And the play/pause, shuffle and repeat button is less responsive. I always mispressed them
love the layout and UI, would be 5 stars if there was an option to chose album art from local storage and if the ID3 tag editor covered more metadata like year of release and genre. great app though
