I used this app almost 5 years The most special thing about this app is getting notices in real time, And today it supports English. After it was only Chinese.
Struggle to use, Horrible in privacy, No English version 1. Your draft is hard to reach. 2. The nickname you gave to the receiver shows on the email you sent. And there is not even a single privacy option in Setting. 3. Not even a single English word in this app. It’s a part of the closed-loop of pan-Chinese app. It’s built mainly for those mainland Chinese who have no interest in the problems listed above. Users who have other choices are strongly recommended to abandon this app.
I find this application intriguing. It would be an exceptional app. If it had dual windows. That’s one for a person writing in English and the other one is in simple Chinese. And also work in reverse. That would make communication easier for people in America and China. I would give this a very good rating if that was the case. Fix this problem and watch the number of users multiply.

There’s no English version of this app, I wouldn’t have used it if it wasn’t because of work
Since the English option was added this has been easy to use and very few problems.
I had to use this app because our company uses QQ corporate mail and it’s not working good with other apps. The app is ok but there is no English. I am very surprised why such big company doesn’t have English version. That’s just sad.
The QQmail doesn’t support the Yandex Email well. For example, if I sent the Email in this App, but I cannot find the Email which I just sent on the Yandex Email web. That’s to say, this App won’t sync the sent mail box for Yandex, but some other Email app could.
I work from the UK for a company based in Shanghai… this is their designated email account but not speaking Chinese myself creates some problems. This really needs a language translation option. Also the app is currently using 30GB of my phones memory! I have no idea how to change it, as i cant read the menu’s. Otherwise this is a great email client and works well on the go. It sends and receives the largest of emails with ease.
Works well, and does nearly everything I need it to. Would love an English option though, even just for simple things such as forward, reply, send, delete, inbox, etc.
Quite good. But sometimes it doesn’t have new emails alert until open the app manually. In another words, it doesn’t function at background all the time.
The application is very useful and friendly. Can we ask to add language selection, please? Now it is only in Chinese. It will be super if you add English too. Thanks!
small, fast, able to manage few email accounts, buildin notes and documents are also very fast and easy to use.
please enable English language. we love it but can’t use in Chinese language. please update to English or open a menu to change language to English.
