Does exactly what I want it to – build your own interval workouts with audio clues. Love that it’ll check your pace during intervals and notify if you need to slow down or speed up. Building your workouts is easy and intuitive.
Looks great!! Does it measure your real speed or only counts settled speed for time intervals?

Just needs updating so it would work properly on current Android version
Game changer for those runners who want a time or distance interval training session. Easy to setup a variety of distances to paces. You can calibrate 3 pace settings for each zone fast, medium and slow. Or you can let the app suggest paces for zones, after a 12 minute test run. Also it will announce if you are off the pace, like a personal coach. You are able to review your session too. It’s all free!!
Great concept for interval training. Exactly what I was looking for. However there are some issues. In the distance interval the voice is late and you don’t know when you reach the distance wanted. I then did a time interval training instead. And here the issue was the stats in the end. Only 3 intervals were recorded whereas I did 21. I also ran anout 2.5km and it said I ran only 0.10km… Idea is good but some technical issues make it useless.
What the “repeats” app should do: calculate total distance run, when distance matches repeat distance, update to the next repeat. What it actually does: calculates as-the-crow-flies distance to where you were when the last repeat change happened. This makes outdoor loops completely impossible, and the app unusable.
Awesome app. One feature I’d like to see in the future is the ability to make intervals using distances and pauses using time (like run 800m then pause for 30 s). Edited from four to two stars because app shuts down every time I scroll down to see interval history.
Have used several running apps, found most of them to be inaccurate or have glitches in recording the run. This is the best app I’ve seen so far. Also, loved the interval training features.
It help me to work my vma very well. I enjoyed the work, it was clear and gave good statistics at the end of the work.
Great app simple and does everything needed
I have used this app since first released. Works well. Wish I could download the results. UPDATE GPS tracking does not seem to work as well on galaxy s8.
Great app did just what I wanted, nice to have both GPS/distance targets and time targets.
