Good test/trouble shooting info, except it addressed very little for the installed camera that came with the phone. Didn’t help solve my issue of taking a video which begins with my subject, then suddenly swings the view to the ground without my awareness. Don’t know why. I’ve missed (had to delete) some great footage because of this issue. I then just now changed a few settings but we’ll see if any helps.

I’m impressed. The testing was smooth and the app went through the testing with precision. The test results confirmed a problem with my camera app. I clicked on FAQ expecting to sort through topics for camera tips. My camera issue was the 1st and only topic to pop-up. The camera app won’t stay open to allow time to tap settings. I haven’t processed the last suggestion which directs you to phone settings to check storage and memory. l’m guilty. A definite “go-to” app!.

I found this app to be useful to a certain extent. My fingerprint scanner doesn’t work, and I was trying to test it to see why, but it didn’t work. If it can’t read the print, it simply moves on. It didn’t ask me any questions for the scanner at all. For that reason, I give it 3 stars .

Loyal Samsung user for a very long time. Washing machines,dryers,frig,tablets & phones.Recenty, my ZFold3 decided to play up-wont connect to wifi so contacted Support Team, sent phone in to CSP. Quote came back pretty high but after further explanation, thankfully, they fixed phone without any charge & replaced screen protector free. Phone came back like NEW. Best service ever! Very happy with how efficient, helpful & high level of professional service offered. Well done, Samsung!

I have a problem with the newly update ui 6.1 ver. There is no disabled or no On And Off on side of the video call effects. I cannot remove the color on the background when ever i make a video call.. can someone help me to solve this issued? Advance thanks who ever will help me.. any way I’m using A34.. update: everyting is okn now…

Face recog, hold ph at reqd distance …nothing happens. Vibrate check, press vibrate button???what button. Usb connect, plug phone into charger, ph turns on charging, still doesn’t recog usb??? Why is my phone constantly wanting to restart when I unlock it many times a day???

Samsung has made a lot of improvements with this app. The phone diagnostics is awesome, and for the watch as well. You can check the condition of your battery, check sensors, and 24 other tests thar are actually very useful and helpful. Plus, it offers a couple of different ways you can contact Samusung on problems or errors in your phone, on text chat to a professional that can give walk-through to remote accessing your device for issues or problems with phone. Samsung, well done

Largely useless on the Galaxy S6. Crashes all the time within seconds of starting it. Cannot see answers to questions I’ve asked, there’s nothing displayed except for me to vote for the answer I can’t see, then it crashes. UPDATE 2024: it works on my new S23 device just fine. Maybe the S6 is too old for this and some other apps to work properly… Upped my rating based on recent experiences.

Sometimes I need to try the test again, and a few months ago, about 3 months ago, the diagnostics wasn’t working for my watch, but after a month or so, it started working. Since then, I haven’t had any problems, and I regularly do a diagnostics test on my watch, ear buds pro2, and my phone, and it’s been flawless. I have no problems at all now.

Tests are accurate except for the camera, in testing I marked no because it was fuzzy, not because the camera wasn’t functioning properly, it would be nice if the app asks why and offer to help fix the problem, just saying
