The game has been doing well so far, but I wish the developers would give out another legendary character for free because the cost of one legendary is the monthly salary of some people in my country, which is just discouraging.

BUT, their monetization system,(althrough similar to other games)is depressing. Seeing stuff like “special characters” on the shop being sold for what 2 AAA games cost at release… Is more than concerning… As a beginner i still don’t feel like i’m being forced to spend money to be able to play normally, but i’m concerned that might change after playing for a while
Good game it require work you need to find the right team and grow your charcters you can do evreything for free but jt take time i did spend but not alot like vip 4 for example. You can upgrade without spending but will yake longer
This is okay I guess, but it isn’t really what I expected from a Street Fighter game… Most of the game you’re on autopilot pressing a button or two occasionally instead of controlling the characters and fighting. Also the game is kind of boring… It’s a gameplay loop where you’re mainly a spectator who doesn’t do much
I got terribly bored of the game after just two weeks, it becames P2W after a while, is almost impossible to progress at some point if you run out of experience and money and upgrade the characters with duplicates becomes impossible if you don’t have options to summon. The main screen is horribly packed with options, and the so-called tutorial does not cover clearly all the cluster interface options. Not even my Chun-Li simpness allow me to continue playing it, it becomes tedious.
It’s not entirely P2P, but close to it. They mask it under events. Latest example would be Magala Ken, where you can easily get one character for free, but if you want to upgrade it you need second copy and that one is impossible to get for free, you have to pay about 100usd for it. I tried to collect second copy without paying, did everything there was to do and still was half amount short. In general you can advance without paying but it will be slow and you will not be even in server top 20
Stealthly reducing the event rewards while not allowing you to get all the rewards without paying… And the UI failing to allow me to “bet” in the budo tournament fights, that the clan rewards are completely random (and you can even get less than someone whom didn’t contribute) is ridiculous. The drop rate rolls are also abysmal (0.075% for “rare” characters). Just wow… I don’t give it a 1 because it mostly works, but I’m close to leaving the game (as many level 40-100 did before me).
Nothing to do with Street fighter, except for the characters. Basically this game will get u spending hours to get and upgrade your favourite characters so you can get the ultimate combo. But as a player you don’t get to influence the fight, except pick the characters and combos. If it doesn’t work, switch combos. No skills no strategy no dexterity needed to play this game, just time.
