TMNT Mutant Madness user reviews :

Very enjoyable! Great that the original series characters feature in this! But at some point, after months of playing, it will start telling you, “Invalid combat play data”, and progression will slow. Collection works, but battles go unrecognised. I managed to fix this, but I don’t know which of the two methods that I used worked.

This game is really fun, people hate on it because it has a auto fight feature but that’s for those people who like grinding games without much effort. This game also allow you too choose if you want to skip an ad or not. Personally, I skip some ads but for the fact this game even has the feature too skip an ad, I watch alot of them, too support the game creators. The ads also benefit you too, they give you up too about 5,650 ooze, which helps starting players ALOT! it also helps level ur team

I grew up with TMNT so I’m bias. Fun game too, and they actually ask if you want to be notified about resources so your phone doesn’t buzz all day at work. Quick guide: you get premium money as a free player at a rate of 1100 per season (8 weeks) and you need about 8000 to guarantee a 4-star hero of your choice when its randomly available for premium purchase. 5-star is highest possible in this game but will take about a year of season passes to acquire and longer still as a free player.

The game is fantastic. However, the few flaws it has will eventually ruin the whole experience. Before too long you will come to bosses you have no chance in beating. I mean it’s gonna take awhile to level up enough to victory. While you wait, get defeated a million times and watch ads. The only thing else to do is 5 other battles a day. It’s gets to a point you can’t really even play the game. Well, 10 minutes a day, but is that really playing? So much more to say but out of space.

I would give a 5 star rating but the following reasons impact my point of view of this Game and they are as listed. 1. You try so hard to force people to pay to enjoy the game. 2. It takes to long to level up which makes playing some times impossible. 3. Keep getting the same characters over and over weather free or paid for. 4. Game glitches or freezes during battles causing to have to forfeit the match. 5. Need more characters, styles, versions, and more game modes.

There’s plenty of elements that are enjoyable throughout this game. There’s combat even though it’s a little more AFK than I’d like, it’s still good. I love TMNt and think this is one of the best mobile games for TMNT. There are plenty of characters and tons of throwbacks to the classics. I like the lair layout and how the different rooms have functions including the ability to get unlockable resources. It’s quite easy however and would benefit from a little more difficulty. l

I almost immediately hit a pay wall, unless you purchase the “battle pass” or spend lots of money continually you won’t be able to progress. You cannot repeat previous levels, unless you are paying cash you have no way to level up your characters. This becomes very discouraging when your two options are. 1 just lose. 2 pay a lot out of wallet. Unfortunately, i will be shelving this game until It has at least a small bit of replayability.

  • Hi Brandon, sorry to hear you didn’t love the game! I’ve sent your feedback to the development team for review.
You have very little control over the characters in battle. It would nice to at least tell them who to attack. There is also very little reason to not use auto. There is very little reason to change out my high level characters, team bonuses would be great. And there is no penalty for having a KO character, like maybe a revive item or a countdown.

  • Hey Benjamin, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the game! I’ve sent your feedback to the development team for review.

It’s fun early on but there’s no way to grind anything. I can’t go back and get diminished exp so I can try to level anyone up. I have to keep failing until the game offers an ad. There’s no way to try and get the items that you can equip. We also need a reason to utilize other characters (villains only, heroes only, etc) or we can just upgrade 5 heroes indefinitely and makes collecting the others completely superfluous.

Pretty fun, my only real gripe (which is less of a gripe and more preference) is that it seems to be solely 1987 Ninja Turtles (fan growing up, not so much now. Nostalgia doesn’t make a game for me). Hopefully other versions of characters will pop up later on, probably won’t stick with it otherwise. I do like how it isn’t riddled with the one liners from the original show. Looking forward to future updates. Edit: Game could use more content, leveling opportunities, etc.
