I can’t login on the app. If I try to reset my password I get a connection error. I’ve been trying for multiple days and it won’t get past the connection error even though it says to try again in a few minutes. After several attempts I was able to view my trip as a guest at least.
- Courtney, we’re really sorry about that. We’ve had some problems with our login, but we’re working on it.
Overall it works well, but the flight order is not functioning properly which is annoying. The home screen shows my booking for October, while I have other bookings with flights scheduled earlier than that, in August and September.
The app is terrible – it always requires internet connection, and it doesn’t cache boarding passes on the device. So when you need boarding pass urgently, you have to wait while app load, and then wait while it generates boarding passes again.

It was nice before but now they start charging for a seat during the online check-in. No info received about that during or after reservation. Free randomly assigned seats are only available with the desk-checkin. No info from when to when the desk-checkin is available. It’s just getting bad. I book a service (flight transport from A to B and pay for it) why am I supposed to pay for a seat extra? Isn’t it the service I paid for already?
- Hello, Stefan. Online check-in is available from the time of booking, and free random seats are available from 7 days before departure, and are limited.
The app has the basic functionality as any app from other airline but it does not clearly show the purchased or allowed baggage in my booking. This information is key for the traveller, however it is hidden or obscured for unknown reasons.

When you’re having connecting flights you can’t choose random seats, you have to buy one, it just doesn’t pass, it gives the same error. So basically you either buy a seat or can’t check-in online!
Easy, easy app, go directly to the information. The problem start when, the boarding pass.It’s not a big deal, its a good thing in a way, that the boarding pass link, comes in an email.
