WiGLE WiFi Wardriving user reviews :

Great for the paranoid when you get to know your local towers any new towers mean someone is in trouble! Would be good if it could use the phones network neghbour capabililities to pick up on nearbye hansets that dont have wifi or bluetooth switched on but still 5. Stars!

Working great on my cell. Scans are super fast. Great way to scope an area without any bigger tools at hand. Far more discreet than some options. thx

Morning Guys, thanks for this great app. I have a question. Is there a possibility to have 1 wiggle account on multiple devices for database upload to wiggle.
  • WiGLE.net
  • absolutely – you can activate multiple devices with the same login via the settings panel after installation.
Fantastic. Except Android 10 does not allow database backups. Other than that flawless.
  • WiGLE.net
  • thanks for the feedback – drop us a line with the specifics at WiGLE-admin[at]wigle.net, we’ll try and figure a way to restore the functionality.
Can’t Register… I tried several times already with different username / password and I still receiving the “Login failed,, check password?” message… Any ideas?
  • WiGLE.net
  • If you can try from a different network, or via the website in a laptop/desktop browser, then use the “activate” tool, perhaps that will help? Passwords and usernames are case-sensitive, just in case (some mobile regs try and capitalize first letters, etc).

Good for wardriving. Better than having a laptop in a car with airodump-ng, as a phone (while less powerful) is more portable. Would recommend

So addictive and a great tool for quickly seeing all the channels being used. ONE feature I would love is being able to copy the MAC adress to clipboard. I also love the wifi overtime chart on the website. Excellent work.

Great app. I am a user of the BTWifi-with-Fon network of open wifi access points in the UK and WiGLE is enabling me to plot on a map all the local APs. Plus there are APs that other users have already stumbled. Very handy.

Still works like a charm although if you upgraded to Android 10, you can disable the new Wi-Fi throttling ‘feature’ by enabling developer settings and turning off Wi-Fi scan throttling under the Networking section.

Really cool app, I sure do hope they do something about the Android Pie issue but that isnt developers fault. great app, it’s fun, and informative. Thanks for your contribution dev!
