Started with 5 stars but, now the game has changed AGAIN. NO NOTICE or directions. There is no longer a challenge to EARN power ups..NOW U WANT US to PAY for them!! I have been playing for appx. 6 or 8 years, every day. Now…there is NO reason to try anymore because the only rewards are minimal coins and a neverending chance to get another color tile!! YAY. I PREFER TO BUY (WITH MY EARNED COINS) the power ups and have the ability to SEE the other options I earned! Like the Better to play
This game has become rubbish lately. The adverts are now so long with no way to get off them. I’m not prepared to pay the extortionate amount of £8.99 a month to remove the adverts. I’d pay it as a one off fee but not that amount per month. My second gripe with this game is that they’ve removed the ability to watch videos to earn coins so forcing you to pay actual money. I’m now looking for an alternative app
Have had many issues! It’s seems that the beginning of each much I can’t play my turns. Usually I just have to reload the game but not this time. Reloaded 3 times still can’t see my turns to take them. My friend sent screenshot to show she took her turns… only other thing is I wish there was less ads. Usually I have enjoyed playing but I don’t enjoy it much anymore.
there’s a problem with the solo challenge. the computer gets stuck on “thinking” and you have to exit the game and reenter it to see what the computer has played. also, I’m finding more and more with the solo challenge game that I get terrible letters while the computer gets good ones. sometimes I swap but I get the same letters back.
i have LOVED this game from the very start! have been playing it for years! Will probably keep playing it forever. However, i had to reinstall it on my phone and i lost all of my history and rewards/awards. I am NOT HAPPY about this at all. i can’t find a way to get it back, and the lack of availability for a customer contact line is very frustrating.
Finally! I have the landscape version back, well most of the time. Occasionally, the portrait version still pops up which caused all my previous problems. The game still freezes up periodically and takes a long time to process your play but I am much more pleased- I actually stopped playing for a while because I hated the portrait version so much. My chat still does not work, but I can sacrifice that feature as long as the landscape version is working. Though I still have a few a few issues, I am back to loving (small letters) the game.
Thanks so much for the update Zynga! I can now play using my Facebook account on my Motorola Xoom…those of you who are complaining needs to check y’all device because nothing is wrong with the app…it is perfectly fine now! Before I couldn’t play on my tablet using my Facebook account, I tried everything. I am soooo thankful
