I guess you could say I’m a text based choice games addict. I’ve bought between 20 or 30 of them and spent who knows how many hours at work playing them, so I’m not exaggerating when I say that Zombie Exodus and it’s sequel are the absolute best choice based games I’ve ever played. The reading to choice ratio is spot on, the descriptions paint a picture in your head, Mr. Dattilo obviously knows a lot about many subjects, and it’s just difficult enough to make you nervous. Fantastic game. Perfect
The story’s good and I like that you get to have some say in your character but the 1.99 fee for every new chapter is just ridiculous just make it a total fee.
ZombieExodus series is just amazing. Writer really know how to make a great cyoa game. Really well recommended..that if you can pay for each chapter.. but still good reading
I would rate the game a solid 5/5 but with the fee for each part of the game i’m really dissapointed to say that I can’t keep playing and enjoying the role-playing experience.

But the impossibility to go back even from a not decisive choice (maybe for a mistake?) makes everything VERY frustrating. You can restart from a saved point, but without your improvements in your stats and in your humanity. I deleted the game from my smartphone after I selected to improve a stat with the intention to increase leadership, but without this possibility I needed to go back for taking another choice. And I am so angry.
This game/book is pretty good till you get to the end which it only pisses you off. Story line good and amazing characters but with the ending it ruins it all.
Love it and the other games… Stories? Well whatever they are they are really fun and good reply value second time around.
I love this game it’s very immersive but I hate how you need to pay $1.99 for each chapter, I’ve spent more money on this game then any other mobile game I’ve ever played, I just wish that maybe the developers made it like $5 maybe $10 to play the whole story

The game has updated chapter restarted repeated over and over again without letting me play.

Like an old school “choose your own adventure” book that you can’t cheat. Absolutely love this game/book and it’s very good value if you buy the other chapters. Download it, you won’t regret it.
This was a great introduction to the franchise. It’s got horror and tension, moral dilemmas, well-written friendships and romances, world-building, and a variety of endings. Zombies aren’t even my favorite genre, but this author is so good, and his stories are so engaging that I’m a fan for life.
This game feels very solid and well thought out;the world building is believable, the choices are exciting and have real stakes to them, and it makes you actually feel like you’re in a rising zombie apocalypse, sucks you in, makes you feel like you’re your own character on a zombie apocalypse show or movie, like The Walking Dead or World War Z. Definitely worth the read.
