The latest version of the app has two major issues: 1) It doesn’t open most of the time, and 2) when I try to enter my account information, the link takes me to a Microsoft OWA link in my browser and there is no way to enter the app! I have about $300 in tickets in my account and it’s inexcusable that I can’t access them through the app. I’ve never liked Live Nation, but now I truly despise it.
Doesn’t work with my phone. I have a Pixel 2 running Android Pie. Android updated about a week before I downloaded the app. The app gives me a “network connectivity” error and won’t connect. Luckily my wife has an iPhone and we were able to use the app on her phone to get into the concert. Really need the ability to print paper tickets as a backup.
Easy to use…Nice that they note which tickets are standard and which are resale. I do wish they would have seating charts to the venus, right now they only show the area after you click to buy tickets. If you decide you want to back up and hit the back button you have to start from scratch with the ticket process instead of just back to the previous screen.
This app is completely unusable for me. I downloaded it and it says “Connectivity Issue” and to close the app and re-start it. I am using Wifi and have zero problems with any other app/site! (I also turned on mobile data and still am having the same issue). I deleted the app and re-installed it. “Connectivity Issue” once again. So, I have a concert in less than a month, they ONLY let you use a smart device for tickets, yet their app is complete garbage. This might be acceptable if it were 1999, and not 2019. This will impact my desire to ever buy tickets from a Live Nation concert again, when they force us to use an app that is complete rubbish. Live Nation should be embarrassed. If I don’t get into that concert because I can’t use your piece of trash app to get my tickets, you will hear next from my lawyer.
This app has been non-functional for me for months. I keep getting “Connectivity Issue. Please check your network settings and try again. Error: NaN, 8A”. I’ve tried it on my home network, work network, cell network, various venue networks… all with the same result. I looked up the error code and didn’t really find anything helpful. I’m just glad I can still access my tickets via the website. I called Live Nation to report this, “we can’t do anything about the app” was the response. I hope this gets fixed or maybe a suggestion comes my way.
used to be a great app. Not anymore! I like so many others keep getting the connectivity error message. Tried everything from manually giving permissions to uninstall and reinstall several times. You need to hurry up and fix this issue Live Nation! its concert season in the USA and your going to lose a ton of business because of your app!
Can’t purchase tickets, it just times out. Tried multiple events and ticket prices. Also attempted purchasing in web browser but it directs me to the app. Not to mention the insane fees that aren’t disclosed until check out.
This app worked fine the whole time I had it. This time, I’m trying to buy tickets & it’s stuck on the loading screen. Can’t see seat availability. Did a force stop on the app. Still didn’t fix anything.
Easier and better than Ticketmaster’s app. It’s all the same account/services anyways. No difference in prices or events.
I Bought walker hayes tickets for April 29th in wilmington Nc, the app works well, so excited to see Walker!
