This app is able to give proper exercises that are necessary to achieve the looks you want

I like the workout reminder and coach but the meal tracking is not for me. All the recipes call for rare ingredients. Maybe im just getting old but I shouldn’t have to go to the farmers market to make my breakfast

I was skeptical at first. but going from 200lbs to 125lbs, (with out changing what I eat, just my portions) it starts off what you think is easy but really might not be. things I really struggled with now I can do. just try it and push your self everyday even when you dont want to.
