It sometimes crashes if I pause the workout for more than a few seconds, or glitches and repeats sets. BUT, I really like seeing the preview of the next exercise during my rest period, that I have the option to pause if I need a bit longer to rest, and that a lot of the prompts are both visual and auditory. This app really feels like I have my trainer in my ear, but even more convenient because it’s on my own time.
Much worse since last update. For some reason planned workouts now show on a separate screen to other activities that I also want to schedule for that day. So now I have to switch screens part way through a workout. Often I just want to add a few extra exercises to a workout but now I can’t see those extras. Also I can no longer tap left or right to move between calendar days, for example to see what I have programmed today vs tomorrow. So frustrating to see a good app made less user-friendly.
- Hi Oliver! Sorry to hear that you’re not a fan of the new update. With regards to the workouts: you can add new activities in a workout once it’s planned. This is possible via the “Add Activity” button that you see in your activity overview of your workout. Hope this helps!

A pretty nice app for the lazier days. Could have a few more free hand exercises. Nevertheless, a great app.
