To ensure the accuracy of step tracker, please input your correct information in settings, because it will be used to calculate your walking distance and calories.
You are welcome to adjust sensitivity to make pedometer count steps more accurately.
Because of the device power saving processing, some devices stop counting steps when the screen is locked.
Steps tracker is not available for devices with older versions when their screen is locked. It’s not a bug. We are sorry to say that we are not able to solve this problem.

Excellent fitness-monitoring app with just one thing I REALLY don’t like: ads – and the fact that there is no way to get rid of them. I don’t like banner ads because they take up screen space and are distracting but I ESPECIALLY don’t like video ads that pop up out of nowhere – especially when accompanied by sound!) I wish there was the option to buy the app and get rid of the ads. NB. When I go to “Remove ads” I get “The Google Paid service isn’t available at the moment or in your country.”

Great at helping me monitor my levels of activity and kinda game-ify working out. My only suggestion is to make the rewards for the smaller milestones (1k steps, 3k steps, etc.) a daily occurrence. Celebrating Smaller milestones was REALLY motivating in the beginning but sadly it was a one time occurence. Also sometimes the app randomly stops counting my steps and I have to pause the counter and restart to get it working again.
