Pocket Paint user reviews :

The app looks like it has potential. I like making drawings of simple projects I’m working on. Shapes are something other sketch apps don’t include; they are art apps. I need a simple structural design app. This could be it. But it is very difficult to use. There is no (useful) help screens. How do you select an object? It really needs instructions to be useful.

Lots of options, but everything very well explained, well organised and easy to find. Exactly what I was looking for. It’s necessary to safe your picture before switching to another app though. It seems it can’t hold a picture I work on in RAM and so opens back into an empty screen – which has caused me to lose a couple of things in the beginning when I went to look something up and came back to my work being gone. But saving often is a good habit to get into anyway. :-D Otherwise top!

In spite of the fact that pinch and zoom doesn’t appear to work very well in landscape orientation, this app blows the proverbial living daylights out of the Windows 10 version of MS Paint! It just solved a major issue I had with a picture on my computer. And the ability to adjust the color palette (RGB mix) once you select a color is fantastic! And it just solved another problem! But I have to say that I find use of a mouse to be indispensible.

This particular program is exactly what I’m looking for. The only problem is that once in awhile it has this weird glitch when you try to zoom in, the screen offsets slightly, until you restart the program and hope that it doesn’t do that again. I hope that in a newer update that they fix this problem.

I have only 2 min. using and this is AMAZING!,you can work with full high resolution formats!!, if adobe is egoist is going down, this is a powerful tools that you can bring in your pocket, just remember use with a stylus, in some moments I can remember to that sony’s ericsson editor that they had in the first phones walkman and all that’s stuff, years waiting, keep perfect !

As far as simple drawing apps go, this is great, it’s rather like MS Paint but with layers. I’m using it on my chromebook and I haven’t figured out how to control scrolling and zoom yet, but I still like it a lot.

Relatively rudimentary, but works well in a pinch. Trying to use the “Text” tool is a bit difficult(namely bc moving the textbox proves a little… unwieldy). Also wish you could choose from your own fonts and not the small selection of app-provided ones.
