It worked last trip for parking and fast lane. This time it wouldn’t accept a different car registration that I was using a and kept populating the booking with the original car registration. The only way I could resolve was to delete my other registration so that it only had the new one on the account. Also I just booked fast lane at Alicante. I paid and got confirmation email but when I click the link to show in the app it says no corresponding info and the QR code is not in the app.!

App works really fine: intuitive to use, with what is needed and without useless functionalities. Two comments: it could be nice if next flights were ranged by dates (or even by any alphabetical order). Also, scanning a boarding pass raises an alert which in come cases is not valid

Finding a parking booking is a nightmare. If I’m logged into my account, why are all of my future bookings not easily accessible?

Used app, could not get out of car park, had to pay cash at kiosk. Found out Aena had taken fee from my bank. Paid twice, Aena refused refund, even after I sent a copy of the cash receipt on 3 separate emails as requested.

I have tried using Payment gateway to reserve parking at alicante airport 6 times and it just times out. My bank accepted request within seconds. I added a new card and that never loaded onto your system. I have never had this problem in the past.
