There is a bug in the app since the last update. When I go to activity on the app, the “next” forward and previous buttons do not work. I’ve tried it on 3 phones. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app deleted my data and cache on 1 of my phones. It still doesn’t work. It was working before and I thought I would let you know. I love these cameras and the app has always been reliable and worked before. Just thought I’d let you know. Thanks

This app is too slow to use with the doorbell camera. It is quicker to just open the door and see who rang the doorbell instead of waiting on the camera to load up. Update 06/10: The app is much better and stable now and quick to send notifications, although may sometimes miss some. However, it is still very slow to access the 24/7 video recordings, not sure if it’s the app or something else.

I like how there is a “View More” button that just … tells you where to look for older clips instead of … taking me there … the best software requires a few extra steps for the user to get where they expect to be. Other then this wacky decision, great app. I appreciate that I am blessed enough to see 4 or 5 clips before I accidentally tap on the view more button and am told that I have to go somewhere else in the app to see them.

Overall, a reliable mobile app for our interior cams. But, I only give it 3 stars due to 2 areas in need of improvement: There’s no setting for changing the theme/appearance. No dark mode, which would be easier on my eyes, since I’ve light sensitivity. Also, I hate that the cam footage/live view can’t be shared to other devices via this app. For example, my wife can’t view the cam footage on her phone, because Kasa doesn’t allow sharing, unlike most other cameras and their apps.

Works as expectex and I’ve never had any connection or re-pairing issues. In fact two of my 4 units were paired & turned off for sevel months, possibly a year, but when they put back in operation they immdiately connected and were operable in the app, no sweat! Integrates with Samsung Smarthings and probably other home software controls. Will but more of rheir priducrs if needed & I recommend their remote plugs. Keep up the good work!

The app was working great, but since the last update my cameras keep showing as offline even though my router shows them connected to my network. App will briefly show them as online, but when you click to view the video stream it will not load and then goes back to showing them offline. Not sure what’s going on. Was fine before the last update.

Out of all the features available through this app, you couldn’t add the ability to simply name the plugs when listed on the Devices screen so I can more easily know which is which and what each button goes to? It’s a simple orgabization feature anyone coukd think of, but yet we have bloated the app with “scenes” and severak tabs that I won’t be using becaude I have onky bought plugs. Major oversight.

This camera is great. I knew nothing of indoor and pet cameras but needed one to monitor my sick cat while I’m at work. I started looking, reading reviews, and the one thing all pet cameras had bad reviews were on connectivity. I finally found this one and decided to give it a try. No connectivity issues! It was easy to activate, easy to connect to Wi-Fi, and easy to maneuver. Every time there is movement, I get a motion detected notification. I am very happy with this camera.
