Generally very good but the pay statements never loads up first time. App needs to be shut down and then re opened in order to the get it to load otherwise it just has the spinning circle.
Used to be okay but now dealing with an issue since update. App unable to open, just an error message stating the app will close. Not ideal when it’s needed for work commitments..
Could do with some more functionality to make it useful as a mobile app. Most of the time, I require my PC to complete actions on SAP SuccessFactors.
Not the best UI and responsiveness could be better and faster.
Great APP. Find it very useful for when needed to check my personal items and things. Convemient and easy access 24/7 to keep up to date with everything.
Not good improvement. Since the last update 2 days ago, you type anything it comes in white, you cannot see what ur typing. As font is not in black colour. Most of my stuff was deleted n not showing on the app. Had to rewrite. Not happy with the new update. It’s still the same opens n closes. Please fix the issue.
I like the convenience of the app, but I have a slight problem accessing the app on my new phone. When I set-up the phone I copied all data, files and apps to it from my old phone, the one I’m using now. I need a qr code so I can access success factors. The app is on my new phone but I can’t open it.
Good app but I can’t retrieve my paysheet. It loads forever and it doesn’t even show after loading.
Easy to use when it was properly setup. However, whenever there was a password changed, the app is unable to pickup and update fingerprint login and have to re-setup the fingerprint login.
Success Factors is a fully integrated, user-friendly interface. Very clean operation- no glitches or downage since installing the app. The app is a bit smaller in function than the website but that is to be expected.
Unimpressed. It doesn’t sync with our other existing HRIS which is responsible for attendance. The UI is slightly clunky and needs more work.
It crashes every time , it was working fine , suddenly when opened it showing error and showing update but that icon also not working I am having samsung s24 .
Not a bad experience so far, I’ve been using it for a month now and the awaiting improvements are not expected from the publisher but from my Establishment
Buggy on Android, hard to open the information that I need and won’t let me add dependants. Extremely slow even when I’m on high speed mobile data. Generally not intuitive and cumbersome. Like someone forced a web page into an Apple app and then turned it over to android. Serves it purpose for the most part but is frustrating to use. Hopefully it gets better with time.
Experiencing bugs recently when approving workflows. On the third approval, the app will freeze and automatically close. I open the app again, click approve > approve without comments (repeat), same happens on the 3rd approval. Tried restarting / reinstalling but same issue.
