Was having the same pairing issues as others noted but finally got it to work. You need to do a manual reset of both shoes per the instructions. 1. Hold down both buttons until they are red and then release. 2. Hold down one button until the lights come on. Continue holding down button while pressing other button 3 times until both are green. 3. Repeat steps on other shoe. After that the app paired on the first time and immediately applied an update to the shoe software and now they don’t work.
does someone know the time of the release in Europe? I’m from Spain and I don’t know nothing about it only that releases tomorrow. Please help me I’m very confused.

And everything happen right after I updated them
Pairing to both shoes was easy and they even got a software update. Looking forward to getting better updates. Would love the slider to show which direction is firm and which is loose for left and right shoe.
I’m giving a rate of 5 stars because I love Nike and I know this is a easy fix. I’d like the option to leave the lights on for the duration of wearing my shoes. I know the battery would drain faster but it’s only for night time things anyway. Or maybe I haven’t figured it out, someone please explain.

Really smooth app, the layout is great for a Nike app (Not saying others are bad) easy to use as well with the BB’s. We’re now in the future!
