Very inconvenient. It always show “you are currently offline” eventhough Im connecting to wifi. When there are bookings, it does not show the details of the bookings and guest information. A lot of bugs in this app. Developers need to carefully monitor the all app performance and should detect the bugs. The app and the web version does not allow to rearrange the photos, so the photos are messed up and it os very hard for the guest to observe the house.

I have tried to make a booking three times. Customer service chat hasn’t been able to help. The timed discount is running out and my patience is running out with the errors for the app. It freezes on previous searches so that when I look for a new location, I get results from the previous search. I contacted Agoda support as suggested and once again was told they could not help me. Agoda has lost a customer.

I have been an avid Agoda member for more than 5 years now. This new app got me excited. The layout is not as straightforward as I hoped and not as user-friendly. But I still got around to booking the hotel I needed. Maybe the developers can make the layout of the app a little bit easier? Thanks.

I often use multiple booking agent sites to find the best deals.. but inevitably find them on Agoda. appreciate that they are always quick to offer mean extra discount, and their site navigation is easy to use. Best of all, I find the information I’m looking for at a price I can afford! Customer service is good. I booked the wrong dates, and they helped me resolve the issue with ease. Plus, i love that they offer a lot of additional promos and discounts .
