Some mobile don’t have censor or chip which helps in measuring flow of charging current in mA so ampere charger current only estimating flow of current on the basis of charging source whether by USB cable or AC adapter

The app is not meant to be mA accurate. It is only good for evaluate which Charger/USB cable combo is working the best for you on the same device.

We will work constantly to improve amp charger current , adding in the very near future new features, like useful battery information, battery saver tips, new widgets,battery monitor and many more.

LiPo batteries don’t draw the maximum for the full time it takes to charge the phone. If your battery is charged almost full then the charging current will be much less as by lower battery levels.

I installed this app because I was having trouble with my charger not wanting to work and I was going to try and troubleshoot whether it was the cables or the charger and thought these readings might be useful. It was way more useful than I imagined. Whenever I use this app the charger works properly for some reason that I do not understand. Having this app on helps the charger work and I have no idea why that would be but it’s happened so consistently that I think there must be some connection. It solved my slow charging problem.

Outstanding and informatsive application everyone should have on their device. I checked the mA charge and discharge currents with my pro Radio Shack meter and the results were surprisingly accurate, so much so that I decided to write my first review of a Google Playstore application in the hope that it might be useful to users and the developers alike.
