When scrolling on the product page to see other images, nothing happens… you have to scroll multiple times until the next image shows up. It’s really frustrating. Also, it would be great if there was a progress bar from time to time between products, showing how many products you already viewed on the page and how many there are left, because after a while it’s tiring to keep scrolling for dozens of minutes, not knowing how many products there are left…
I was highly disappointed with the gift wrapping service offered by this company. The lack of options was frustrating, as they only allow you to wrap all the products in an order or none at all. This inflexibility is a major drawback, as I may have wanted to select specific items for gift wrapping while leaving others unwrapped. It’s a one-size-fits-all approach that doesn’t consider the diversity of customer needs.
