Logon to www.sprint.com/protection from any browser, anywhere to access to the following capabilities:
LOCATE provides a GPS based location to retrieve your device
ALARM sounds an audible alarm if you misplace a device nearby – even if it is set to vibrate or silent mode
LOCK your device to protect its contents from unauthorized users while it is being retrieved
WIPE the contacts if the device cannot be recovered
SYNC, backup, manage and restore contacts

Thanks. At first I thought I shouldn’t download this app because of these reviews. (I continued to download it just incase.) I lost my phone, someone found it (I AM SO SO SO LUCKY), anyway I went on the website and it told me the exact last place/location it checked in at and how much battery percent it was on. I appreciate this app more than anything because when I got it from the dude that found it he told me he was gonna sell my phone. Omggg I almost died without my baby! Anyway thank you Sprint ♡ love you guys!
If its so recommended how come it won’t even be installed?? It just sent me to a black screen and then a message saying play store had to ckose, some mess like that. Very dissatisfied with it. Dear Sprint, could you actually make it download? You know for beginners sake? No star if I could rate it.
Great app! Wish I had of had this app before I had lost my phone. Someone took my phone out of my shopping cart while I was checking out. Searched everywhere in the store at the time. Come to find out after I rushed to the nearest Sprint store that when locating my lost phone it was miles away in an area that jailbreaks phones. Hopefully they didn’t take my information and just wanted the phone so they could sell it. Technology now days is great! Thanks again!
Great App Great app, a must have. Contact backup not worth it, Google does contact backup anyway. Location is where it shines. (Still using it, even though Google does the same)
