It is not clear to add cameras . I had tried a lot. My EZVIZ IP cameras are connected through hotspots and working properly in EZVIZ app. But i m failing to connect through this app. Pl clear which username and password to apply where. And pl clear about the Ip addresses how to enter the same.

Worked great up until the app update (was 5 stars). Now only the live feed works via the app. Playback of an event is now just blank as described by others. Playback via the website is fine. My phone is a Samsung Note 8, maybe only effecting a few phones ?

Worked awesome, now the ability to download images from snapshots is not working.

Loaded easily. Found cam quickly. Works..

Wow, talk about disappointing. I have a new P2P wifi camera that uses Care Home, an app I don’t care for. I created a new account but stopped installation before adding a camera. I tried to add a generic camera today but first must purchase a plan. I am not going to subscribe to the service unless I know it works. I deleted the (nonexistent) camera but still get the same error.

The app has been running terribly. I cant even explain. It doesnt work. It shuts off. It freezes when u try to change the amount of hours that you can see clips. Other than that i Still LOVE Camcloud. Jusy try to fix the app. Very good website for viewing clips still. 2016 Onsite security recording devices can be stolen or damaged or perhaps a dvr can suddenly turn.off.or malfunction. I have had this happen and using this camcloud as back up protection i recorded an entire event that saved me .

Been brilliant but for few days it’s not recording any movement? live view is fine

Excellent, user friendly app with timely customer support

A bit of struggle to get to work properly.It’s early doors so i can’t really give more of a opinion until I’ve put it through it’s paces.

Very good company. app could be a bit more user friendly but it works fine as is.

I have one issue with this android App. While it was working fine for a while, right now somehow Android app do not see anymore my camcloud camera configured. I’ve tried to uninstall/reinstall app, restart phone, sign off/sign in app, and it still does not see camera configured in my account. I was even deleting my camera via web side, and readded it again, tried all I had in mind, nothing helped. And on other side – my other phone using same account, same app see my cloud camera fine. Please advise, what else can I do to solve this issue. Update: “fixed” it for now by multiple logging off / re-adding camera, seems working so far
