The App used to be good but latest versions give a consistent ‘Sorry, we have a technical problem at the moment’ message when trying to login to my Skywards account. No login means no access to my bookings, no boarding passes and no purpose to the app.
I was happy with this app until the last update. Now it doesn’t work. When I click My Trips I get this error message: “We’ve encountered an error Sorry, we have a technical poblem at the moment. Please try again later. CANCEL” I click CANCEL and it tells me I have no upcoming trips, and I get the option to Add Booking. When I try to add my booking I get: “java.io.IOException” CANCEL I try to login to my Skywards account: We have a technical poblem at the moment. Please try again later”
Choosing the seats is confusing and error prone. I ended up paying for the seat in a wrong section of the flight, and while checking the seats it accidentally moved me to a middle seat for a 14 hours journey, and I have health issue that requires going often to bathroom. I fly tens of international flights a year for more than a decade, never in a middle seat, and never had such issue before.
A new user to air travel apps and I have found this appt to be very user friendly as well as informative. Thank you I feel a more in control of my trip.
It is much easy to use, all the pages shown to us are clear simple and concise which are very friendly guiding me from item to item whenever I need to take a look.
Overall, I was very happy with the app, and I was using it for all my transactions with Emirates. However , for a few months now, I have not been able to book new flights in the app. I can select the departure and destination airports and flight dates. I can select the outbound flight from the optionsand as soon as I select the return flight the system goes back to the initial selection of destinations. I have even removed and reinstalled the app, the problem is the same. Can you please help?
Seat selection done, but when opening app again later, it still shows seat selection incomplete Check-in done, all required info completed and green, pressing Check-in: “Check-in unavailable Very buggy and confusing towards customers, do you even test it by yourself Emirates?
App is working great so far, took the screenshot just in case after reading other reviews. Can’t rate all features since am on standby but so far so good.
Very easy to use and like the fact that relevant data is pre-populated for all passengers for fast on-line check in.
