Fasti allows users to select 3 types of fasting, 16 hour fast, 13 hour fast or create a custom fasting time. It even allow to set LONGER fasts (72 hours max).

Fasti tips for weight loss:
inside fasting period user must consume zero calories.
inside fasting period only zero calories food are allowed like coffe, tea, water etc.
stay consistent, but you do not have to fast every day.
fast longer if you exaggerate with food a day before.
exercize while fasting or before breaking the fast – that forces the body to use energy from stored fat.

So far, it’s good! I like that I can edit the fasts and replicate my real life experience. Many times I cut a fast short or go longer than I thought I would, and I can edit it to reflect that. Weight and measurements can also be entered and edited to reflect real world experience. There are ads that pop up occasionally while in the app, but I have no problem with that. I wouldn’t call them disruptive or annoying by any means. Just simply close them.

I was using a different fasting app and I’m thankful that it crashed, although bummed to lose all my data. It forced me to try something else and that’s when I found Fasti. i like it so much that I even bought the premium version, which I rarely do. Thanks for developing a great app that’s user friendly and tracks all the info I’m interested in measuring!!

The best of the fasting apps I’ve tried so far. Keeps me track and is easy to edit on the fly if I need to change my fasting window. I like that it has a display widget for monitoring as well. My only gripe is that the custom fasting time scroll/slider is hard to dial in the exact amount of hours.

this app works exactly as u need it to. i can adjust my start and end times if i forget to clock in or out. the widget switches between amount of time left on the fast and percent of the fast completed. reliable and simple. this is the one you want.

Very good and simple to use application. Also the developers of this app are very helpful and deal with users queries professionally.
